I was recommended by a friend. I suffer with lower back pain and as soon as I contacted Cain he got me in very quickly. I explained my issues and he explained to me why this happens and also what he could do to help. I have since had 2 sessions with Cain and can not belive the difference he has made for me. The pain has reduced significantly and I am able to walk so much better now. I am booked in for a follow up realignment next month and can't wait.
