I had my first Osteopath session with Cain today at his home, I’ve never visited an osteopath before and was anxious about what it would entail. Ordinarily I would seek to use a female practitioner, however, Cain came recommended to me. He instantly made me feel at ease and clearly explained what treatment I needed and why. I would highly recommend Cain if you need an Osteopath, in just one session he immediately identified all the issues I had with my back and neck that had been causing me discomfort for some time.
I hurt my hip /back a couple of weeks ago, and it went into spasm, I couldn't move, and the pain was unbearable. Painkillers had no effect, and during lockdown, this seemed to be the only option. Thankfully Cain agreed to see me - on VE day bank holiday, and was able to immediately put everything back into place. I'm more grateful than you can imagine that he helped when no one else would. Highly recommend.
Having had a nerve trapped by a disjointed thoracic vertebrae (I hope I have got that right Cain!) which resulted in an uneven spine and a lot of pain when twisting, Cain 'cracked' my back on the first visit and continued to massage and manipulate the muscles around it on the next two visits.
Cain is knowledgeable, capable, explains everything to you if needed and puts you at ease. I would highly recommend Back2Basics.

From the time I made the initial enquiry to having my assessment and treatment I felt fortunate to have located such a great practitioner. Having a bad back I felt anxious and in alot of pain. Cain identified the problem and started my treatment. After only 2 sessions I was 99% pain free and didn't require any further intervention. I have already recommended Back2basics to a friend of mine and I shall be going back for preventative treatment twice a year.

I had been suffering with back and neck pain from poor posture from a desk job and scoliosis. Cain was highly recommended to me by a number of people and was incredibly accommodating when I asked to book my first appointment. During the assessment, Cain was able to quickly identify the cause of my discomfort and spent the remainder of the session working on my neck and lower back to relieve a lot of the strain that was present. At the end of the session I had considerably more mobility in my neck movement, my upper body felt lighter and allowed me to hold my posture much better. He advised that my neck would require further treatment, and again was very accommodating in looking at future sessions. I would highly recommend Cain as a professional, friendly osteopath with evident deep-rooted knowledge and understanding of the treatment of a wide variety of muscle and joint pain, who instantly made me feel at ease and provided me with much needed pain relief.
Suffering from IPaditis on the recommendation of my sister in law I visited Osteopath Cain. 2 visits later I was on the road to recovery. Cain is very pleasant and puts you at ease would definitely recommend him if you are in need of an Osteopath.

Cain was absolutely amazing. He diagnosed an issue in my back (which hadn't been by multiple Drs and physios in 6 years!) and put it right in one session. Something I've dealt with and been in severe pain with at points through 6 years hasn't given me any issues since I saw Cain.

I’ve seen Cain several times over the last couple of years with my back troubles. He has resolved each one - so I’ve happily recommended him to friends and family, male and female aged from 40 to 80 and every one has agreed how good he is and how effective his treatments are. Back2Basics Osteopathy, identified the problem very quickly and treat me purely for that issue. the treatment worked as described over the period of time given and follow up prevention care has been offered. Because of the very good service I received I will take this up for prevention as the treatment and price was excellent.
